It shows you have great knowledge on colors, because you shaded perfectly with shades and highlights that make the chracter really interesting and charismatic.
There's just maybe the length of her neck who's a bit weird, but the rest is really a great work !
Yeah, the neck is so weird orz and thinny too XDD It's like it's broken or something

The colours fitting great together and your try to work with a "game-colouring-style" is very succesfull in my opinion.
